Returns

Sorry to hear you are unhappy with your order. We are here to help.

Orders can be returned to us within 10 days of delivery. Just send an email to team@shopquirk.space and let us know the reason for the return and whether you would like to opt for a refund or exchange and we will guide you through the process. 

Please note that we are unfortunately not able to process returns on certain types of products including perishable goods (such as food) and personal care goods (such as beauty products).

Shipping

All orders with a value over R1,000 enjoy free shipping.

We charge a flat shipping rate of R140 on all other orders. 

If you are lucky enough to live near our offices in the beautiful Helderberg, we offer an option for free In-store pick up at 2 Kennet Close, Monte Sereno, Somerset West, 7130 (Just select pick up when you are checking out)

We will do our best to get your order out to you as quickly as possible, after all who likes to wait! Our delivery times vary between 3 to 5 business days. In store pick up is also available if you live locally. Please see our shipping policy for more information.

We only stock small volumes of our products, so we can see if you love them as much as we do. If an item is out of stock, please drop us an email and let us know that you love it and we will do our best to get it back on the vitual shelves as soon as possible
